COVID-19 Vaccination Town Hall for School Communities – June 17 at 6:30 pm
Toronto Public Health invites youth, parents, guardians and other members of the school community to attend a Town Hall about COVID-19 vaccines. The Town Hall will take place on Thursday, June 17, 2021 from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
Dr. Vinita Dubey, Associate Medical Officer of Health, will answer your questions about:
- COVID-19 vaccines available for youth
- Vaccine safety and benefits
- Myocarditis/pericarditis information
- How to get vaccinated

CampTO July 5 – Aug 27; Registration Starts June 8
CampTO will run for eight weeks for children between the ages of four and 12, at approximately 160 locations across the city. The City of Toronto will offer traditional day camp experiences, including dance, drama, music, arts and crafts, and active games. Adapted and inclusive programs for participants with disabilities will also be available. New this year, the City will introduce CampTO Plus, in-person specialty camps at community centres and museums, which will offer specialized programs in areas such as French immersion, arts, creative writing, nature and science.

Ont Schools will Not Return to In-Person Learning for this school year
COVID-19 Testing for Children with Medical Complexity or Developmental Conditions
You can access testing in a safe and accessible environment at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) or Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital for your child and other family members.

TDSB Spring 2021 Graduations
Update June 2, 2021 – At this point in time, we do not know what may be possible with regard to offering “short, outdoor graduation celebrations” as discussed during today’s government announcement. We have just learned this information today and are awaiting further information from the province on parameters for outdoor gatherings, along with guidance from Toronto Public Health, prior to making any decision on these events. As soon as more information is available, we will provide another update.
